Shannon peeked out of her bedroom door and looked down the hallway before opening her window to Jason, who was waiting impatiently. "God, Shannon, what took so long?" She bit at her lip. "I was getting ready... and making sure no one was home." Jason crossed his arms. "Well getting ready sure took long for how you look." She blinked at him, her mouth falling open. "Excuse me?" He slapped her hard, across the face, and she shut her eyes tightly. "Don't get an attitude with me, Shannon." Shannon only nodded and allowed Jason to pull off her tank top. She stepped closer and removed his as well. Both their pairs of pants fell to the ground, and Jason unhooked Shannon's bra. She pushed his underwear down, and he did the same with hers. He smacked her ass hard, and she winced. "Shannon, you like it. Don't you?" She hurriedly nodded. "Y-yes Jason." He narrowed his eyes at her and shoved her onto the bed. She closed her eyes tightly and pretended to enjoy everything, but everywhere he hit her was stinging, and he was far too aggressive. She was quite honestly terrified.
When Jason left, she ran down the hall and to the bathroom, hurriedly turning on the shower. She sighed as hot water soaked her body and eased the pain, her dark blond hair falling to her waist. As she dried herself off with the towel, she frowned at the mark on her cheek, and examined the rest of her body, which was beginning to bruise as well. She slipped on a pair of flannel pants and a sweatshirt, slinking back to her bedroom and closing her eyes, finally alone. Then someone knocked. She sighed. "It's open." Boone peeked in and smiled. "Hey." She looked at the ceiling. "Hi." He sat on the edge of the bed and tilted his head at her. "Are you okay?" She rolled on her side, remembering the place on her cheek. "I'm fine." "Are you sure?" She closed her eyes. "Boone, I'm fine." She sat up and hugged him. "But thanks." He smiled again and hugged her back. "No problem. If you need anything, I'm here to help." She smiled. "Yeah, I know." He ran his fingers through her hair gently and frowned when he noticed her cheek. "Shannon, what happened?" She pushed his hand away. "I, uh, got hit in the dance studio. Someone's shoes were dead and they threw one of them across the room. It hit me." Boone swallowed, not totally convinced.
